- Omshanti Retreat Center (ORC) is located on Pataudi Road, near Bilaspur Chowk, Dist Gurgaon, 12 Kms away from NSG Manesar on NH 8 towards Jaipur. The academy’s unique architecture blends with the landscape & respects ecological balance. It has a beautiful ambience too.
- The Nearest Railway Station (NRS) is Pataudi Road (12 Kms from ORC). The Delhi Railway station is about 60 Kms from ORC.
- The nearest airport is IGI, Delhi (45 Kms). Taxi services are available for ORC.

- In addition to civil clothes, participants may please bring a track suit for morning exercise/yoga and one set of uniform for Group Photo & inaugural/valedictory session.
- The reception session is scheduled at 11:00 hrs on Friday, 14th Nov 2025 and the Valedictory Session will be over by 1345 hrs on Sunday, 16th Nov 2025. The participants can plan their arrival on 14th Nov (preferably by 1030 hrs) and can depart after lunch on 16th Nov 25.
- Boarding & Lodging (on a shared basis) facility is provided at the complex. We serve vegetarian food. Voluntary contribution as per individual choice is accepted towards partially offsetting the expenditure towards Lodging and food.
- To maintain the serenity of complex, drinking & smoking is prohibited inside the Academy Complex.
- Light-colored civil clothes will match the surroundings. The inmates of the Academy normally put on white clothes. However, you can bring clothes of your color choice.
- Participating Officers are requested to do online registration (for planning accommodation & food arrangements)
